The Faculty of Specific Education, Alexandria University, Council approved, in its meeting, rewarding a Master's Degree, in Specific Education, Department of Education Technology to the researcher / Ahmed Mosaed Al-anzy as recommended by the jury and discussion committee to give her the Degree, having presented to discuss his thesis entitled
"The obstacles to the use of middle schools in Kuwait for educational technological innovations
and Proposale overcome them according to international standards"
