The Faculty of Specific Education, Alexandria University, Council approved, in its meeting held on recently, rewarding a Doctoral Degree, in Specific Education ,Music Education department, to the researcher Abdel-Raouf Mohamed Abd Allah As recommended by the jury and discussion committee to give her the Degree, having presented to discuss her thesis entitled "The assessment of preparation program of music education teacher in the faculty of arts and media in Tripoli University in Libya in the light of the criteria of education quality".
